Kadic Maps and Insights

These are maps and pictures for the books from the Kadic Series, like End of Dry Days, Tree of Sorrow, The Last Dark Weapon, A Dry Pelican, Wizard Cememtery and The Last Heir.  Do to the problems with uploading pictures into ebook form and inability to upload color, I have chosen to create this blog entry for general use for my audience.  (There are some pictures as well.)  Thank you for reading and please enjoy!

This is a general map that would suffice for the Fires Trilogy, from End of Dry Days through The Last Dark Weapon.

I was never fully happy with how this turned out.  It was one of my earlier creations.

When I assembled this picture I was quite happy at how beautiful it turned out.

There were two original front cover pictures, down below:

I then changed to something that seemed more fitting to the story:  The first one was too generic.




This ended up being too brown and drab.

Then I settled for something with several animation pictures from its trailer:




Fire Breath in the Cemetery

The birds hanging in the cultists house.

The Fornitae pulling the wagon of lava.













Then I changed the cover again, which I think I finally have settled on this one.  But I was wrong.
















Then I finally created this picture recently: Shoren sitting before the bridge crossing the Poison Fruit Valley:

Then there's the picture of Glytzl, which eventually became my avatar on facebook and other social sites.  This character was in my head since I was a child.














Making the Wizard Cemetery underground was a personal favorite of mine:  The original title was Goren Cemetery.
